I have been training with Toby for just over a year and a half now. When I first came to Toby I was unsure of what to expect from a personal trainer, I just knew I needed some serious help losing weight and getting some sort of fitness. Toby was great from the start , easing me into the training and making it as enjoyable as it could be. After 7 months I had lost 3 stone and went from being unable to maintain a jog to running 10k outside! As my fitness evolved so did my training, Toby was incorporating new challenges to improve my overall fitness and appearance, such as free weights and body weight exercises, core work and more recently some serious toning & muscle development.
I’m currently at 13 stone having been just over 17stone before I started training. I feel fitter and more confident than ever and I’m just thankful to have had the expertise and guidance that Toby has provided me.
